SmartDealr is owned and operated by Blitz Global LLC ("SmartDealr", "we", "us"). This policy explains how Blitz Global LLC collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information through smartdealr.com and the SmartDealr product.

Information we collect

We collect information you submit, including account, contact, support, preference, and billing details. We also collect service activity, device, security, deal-view, affiliate-click, and saved-item data needed to operate and protect SmartDealr. Payment card data is handled by our payment processor and is not stored by SmartDealr.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the product, personalize deal results, maintain accounts and preferences, respond to support requests, measure aggregate performance, prevent fraud and abuse, process billing, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Legal bases for EEA and UK users

Where applicable, we process information to perform our contract with you, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests such as product security and improvement, and act on consent where consent is required. You may withdraw consent or object to legitimate-interest processing by contacting us.

Service providers and affiliate links

We share information only with providers needed for hosting, security, analytics, email, support, and payment processing. Affiliate links may direct you to third-party merchants. Their privacy policies govern information they collect after you leave SmartDealr.

SmartDealr is not directed to children under 13, or under 16 where that higher threshold applies. Contact us if you believe a child supplied personal information.

Automated and AI-assisted content

We may use automated systems to score deals, detect fraud or abuse, and create product summaries from public product information. These systems do not make legal or similarly significant decisions about users.
